Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it within 3 business days. We ship all orders using An Post. Delivery times are approx 1-2 working days from dispatch, however this can be up to 5 working days during busy periods. Our delivery charges for Ireland (ROI & NI) are as follows:

- <10 KG  €6.95

- >10kg  €10.95

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. Carrier delays in transit can of course occur, which are outside of our control.

At Íon Candle Co. we avoid plastic where possible in our packaging. We use kraft paper to fill any void space in your parcels to ensure a safe delivery of your Íon products. On occasions we may use bubble wrap or similar, using packaging received from our suppliers thus reducing single use plastics.
